A Shared Field

Some collaborations begin with strategy.
Ours began with a shared way of seeing the land.

Fox Cottage Farm X Bird Dog Cider came together through a mutual respect for seasonality, tradition, and the belief that good things are built slowly — with care, patience, and intention.

Bird Dog Cider planted roots on the Seacoast of New Hampshire, tending apple trees and creating cider that reflects the rhythms of New England. Fox Cottage Farm grew from a personal relationship with flowers — a lifelong connection that deepened through seasons of change, grounding, and healing. Though our mediums are different, our values are the same.

What started as a conversation became a vision:
to transform a portion of the farm into a shared dahlia field — a place where flowers and cider could exist side by side, each enhancing the other.

Together, we planned with purpose.

Rows of dahlias now grow among the cider orchard landscape, tended thoughtfully and allowed to follow their natural timing. The field is not just something to look at — it’s something to walk through, experience, and feel part of. A place for gathering, wandering, and noticing what’s in bloom.

This collaboration is about more than flowers or cider.
It’s about community.
It’s about creating something local, seasonal, and meaningful — something that invites people to slow down and connect with the land beneath their feet.

During the growing season, visitors can enjoy fresh flowers, seasonal events, and the quiet magic that happens when two local businesses meet in the same field. Each bloom and every glass of cider tells a story of care, collaboration, and respect for the process.

We’re proud to grow together — and grateful to share this field with you. 🦊🌸🦊
